For the times when you’d rather your friends not know what you’re listening to, you can now disable Rdio's Facebook sharing and Last.fm scrobbling.

To manage these privacy settings, visit your External account settings on Rdio.com. Use the checkbox to toggle sharing and scrobbling — you can change this setting at any time.

In case you weren’t already aware, connecting Rdio with your Facebook and Twitter accounts makes sharing music with your friends a breeze. It also makes finding people to follow on Rdio effortless — once your accounts are connected, it’s easy to find Twitter and Facebook friends to follow on Rdio and they can find you too. If you want an additional layer of music tracking, connect Rdio and Last.fm to scrobble all the songs you play.
