Now Playing: A Better Way to Manage Your Music Lineup

Change is in the air—the way you line up and manage what you want to hear next on just got better. Where you once saw the Queue, now you’ll find the “Now Playing” list on your dashboard. To queue up an album or playlist you want to hear later, select “Play Later” from any action menu.

Best of all, if you don’t want your music to stop playing despite an empty queue, Now Playing keeps a bevy of Rdio Stations on hand to mix your Collection, Heavy Rotation or previous Artist Stations. And if you’d prefer to control what should play next, you can disable Autoplay.

To see what music will play next for you, or to re-order its lineup, visit your dashboard’s Now Playing tab, or click the List button on Rdio’s music player. You can also expand albums to see their track listing.

Go check it out and let us know what you think — tweet @rdio or visit the Rdio forums to discuss it more.
