If you’re the lucky owner of a brand-new Windows Phone 7 device, or are thinking about getting one, we have some excellent news for you today—the Rdio for Windows Phone 7 app is now available in the Marketplace. Joining the ranks of Rdio for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry apps, Rdio for Windows Phone 7 gives you unlimited access to music from your mobile phone.
What does it do?
Rdio for Windows Phone 7 is full of features that are easy to navigate on your phone while you’re out and about:
- Browse and listen to your Rdio music collection and playlists
- Search, find and play albums and songs on-demand
- Listen to artist Rdio stations with one-click
- Discover new music and see what your friends are listening to with the eye-catching Heavy Rotation
We haven’t implemented Sync to mobile yet, but we’re hard at work on that all-important feature.
How do you get it?
Visit the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace from your phone and search for Rdio to download the app. If you’re new to Rdio, sign-up for the free 3-day trial and give Rdio a shot. You can also subscribe to Rdio Unlimited, which includes Rdio web and mobile access, straight from the app for $9.99/month. If you have a Rdio web-only account, sign in and upgrade to Rdio Unlimited.
