    The colorful reality and Internet star said to inspire James Franco’s Spring Breakers role snags heavyweight collaborations from Childish Gambino, Mac Miller and DJ Mustard for his debut album.

  • Lucius - Rdio Sessions
    Hear the first of Rdio's SXSW Sessions from Brooklyn indie pop quintet Lucius as they perform songs from 2013's debut album Wildewoman.

  • How to Dress Well - What Is This Heart?
    Stylish avant soul producer Tom Krell draws from influences as diverse as The Velvet Underground and Backstreet Boys for his third album of experimental pop tunes.

Exclusive: Rdio Sessions: Heavenly Pop from Lucius

This year’s Rdio Sessions at SXSW featured a diverse lineup of up-and-comers performing exclusive live sets, with acts like Tokyo Police Club, Tensnake, Haerts, Little Boots and Ty Dolla $ign storming the stage. Now, for the first time since it all went down in Austin, you can hear the Rdio Sessions performance from Brooklyn indie pop quintet Lucius as they perform songs from last year’s stunning debut album Wildewoman.

If this is your first introduction to Lucius, expect to be completely charmed. As you’ll hear from breakout songs like “Go Home,” “Wildewoman,” “Turn It Around” and “Until We Get There,” the group’s two lead singers Holly Laessig and Jess Wolfe have a playful rapport and an easy sense of humor. They also harmonize beautifully together, making each tune instantly memorable.

    This album of original songs is reportedly the first of two new albums that will be released by the country legend this year.

  • Maroon 5 - “Maps”
    With the band’s fifth album V not scheduled to drop until September, this new single is most welcome.

  • Jennifer Lopez - A.K.A. (Deluxe)
    Ms. Triple Threat herself returns with an eighth album that’s heavy on rapper guest stars (T.I., Iggy Azalea, Pitbull, French Montana, and Rick Ross).
