Where to start with this week’s new offerings? You can have a wee boogie with Scottish post-disco artist Grum and chill out with American psychedelic soul family The Stepkids, admit that you swoon for country star Keith Urban, and rediscover your love for The Clash via three new compilations.

Our New Music Weekly playlist, supported by the Playlist Notes below, brings you a taste of these and other releases that we think really stand out right now. And if you’re the kind of music listener who wants more, the Rdio New Releases section has plenty more to hear right now.

  • 2 Chainz - B.O.A.T.S II #METIME
The ATL rapper drops a swagged-out sequel to his last gold album to proclaim that his time has come.

  • Sean Kingston - Back 2 Life
The international pop star’s third album, featuring guest appearances by Wiz Khalifa, 2 Chainz, and more, is all the more meaningful since it’s the first since his near-fatal jet skiing accident.
