The new month begins strong with more releases than one pair of ears can handle. Some great places to start include the debut album from the British psychedelic electro-rock band Dark Horses, the hopefully-not-last-album from New York folk outfit Hem, and the latest full-lengths from Scottish deathcore act Bleed From Within, and Seattle rock supergroup Mad Season.

Our New Music Tuesday playlist brings you the best of the bunch for the week. Read the Playlist Notes below for a little extra info as you listen, and click over to the Rdio New Releases for the full shebang of what’s out right now.
