Playlist Notes

  • Green Day - ¡Uno!
The first in Green Day’s new album trilogy is out this week, and eschews the epic nature of their last few albums in favor of punchier, poppier fare. Pace yourself — there are two more to come!

  • Mumford & Sons - Babel
The folksy Brits took their time to follow up their breakthrough debut, to ensure it was perfect. Listen to the album now, and decide for yourself.

  • No Doubt - Push And Shove
After a decade of solo projects, tours, pregnancies, and rest, the SoCal ska-pop outfit return this week with their sixth album. New single “Settle Down” suggests a world-inspired, dance flavor, but you’ll have to hit play to hear the rest.

  • Tegan And Sara - “Closer”
The Canadian duo hint at a seventh album with “Closer”, a yearning, synth-driven banger that expands on their guitar-based, folk-pop palette.
